R Systems Wins Jombay’s WOW Workplace Award 2025 

As a fitting tribute to our dedication to an outstanding workplace culture, we are excited to announce that R Systems has been awarded the Jombay’s WOW Workplace Award for 2025, in the IT, ITeS, and GCC category. This honour not only demonstrates our commitment to our teams but also places us in the top few organizations acknowledged for superior employee engagement and satisfaction. 

 
Understanding the WOW Workplace Award 

Established by Jombay, a pioneer in technology-driven workforce evaluation and development solutions, the WOW Workplace Awards honour companies that have received exceptional feedback from their staff members on a variety of platforms. The awards, which were first presented in 2025, recognized more than 300 companies that demonstrated healthy workplace environments.  

The creative strategy used by Jombay is in using an AI-powered platform to compile and examine employee reviews and comments from websites all over the internet. These observations are compared to Jombay’s in-house WOW Engagement framework, which rates businesses according to these criteria:

• Connection: Assesses how well a company fosters peer connections, teamwork, open communication, authenticity, and cooperation among managers, leadership, and team members.
